The ConnectNet value-added approach includes several key steps:
Order Entry
ConnectNet triple-checks the accuracy of the order info at the service provider level and submits it in writing, locked in a secure .PDF format so that it cannot be altered.
Local Loop
- Contact client to verify where the line/s is/are going (DMARC positioning)
- Contact appropriate Telecommunications Company to confirm exact installation date(s)/time(s)
- Verify DMARC(s) with Telco (DMARC testing)
- Verify operational circuit at DMARC with the service provider
Router
- Confirm that correct router is ordered
- Specify that the router will first be received at ConnectNet site to be tested
- Review the configuration of the router at ConnectNet site
- Rebuild the configuration, if necessary
- Match the router(s) to the account setting(s)
Install
- Send the router(s) to client site
- Send our engineer to site to install router and perform line-test, speed-test and latency-test
- Troubleshoot any problems by calling Telco or ISP and performing whatever function is necessary to bring circuit to optimal functioning end-to-end.
Troubleshooting and Support
ConnectNet follows up on circuit installs by providing ongoing trouble-shooting and support in case of line or equipment failure. |
